For the winter semester 2025/26, the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society is launching a brand new offer specifically for international students interested in logistics:
In seven semesters (standard period of study), we offer the opportunity to qualify for the German job market through an exciting logistics course with intensive language training. Students (German level B2 and above) receive intensive German lessons in small groups in the first year. Lectures in semesters 1 and 2 are primarily held in English.
From semester 3 onwards, the focus is on German-language logistics studies.

• Semesters 1&2: Intensive German courses (target: C1 level) combined with lectures in English to collect the first ECTS for the Bachelor of Logistics.
• Semesters 3-7: Logistics studies continue in small learning groups and with many practical projects with companies from the region. The lectures are now largely in German. The course is free of charge.

• Diverse tasks and good career opportunities in an international learning and working environment

• The HWG LU has a high proportion of students with an international background. Vibrant diversity and equal opportunities are important building blocks of our university culture.
• The first week (Mon., 22.09.2025 - Fri., 26.09.2025) is designed as an introductory week, participation is strongly recommended.
• Studying at the HWG LU is free of charge. Only a semester fee of currently ~145 EUR is charged.

• The study program takes place in presence with selected online events.
• Our campus is located at Ernst-Boehe-Str. 4-6 in 67059 Ludwigshafen am Rhein. There are plenty of parking spaces available. HWG LU is also easy to reach by public transport.

• Qualification for university entrance equivalent to the German Abitur
• German language skills at B2 level

For all applicants who meet the admission requirements, a placement test will be carried out at HWG LU to ensure the B2 level in German.
