The first alumni event in presence in over two years: Yesterday, at the invitation of the Friends of HWG LU, a small group consisting of alumni, students, staff and supporters of the university had the opportunity to take a first look inside our new building. Sven Fechner, head of facility management and architect, guided the group through the new C-building, which will be ready for occupancy next year and will house the library, cafeteria, lecture halls and offices. In keeping with the occasion, beer and pretzels were served at the subsequent get-together.
