    In order to ensure quality in the university's central administrative units, an internal quality management system has been established from which quality assurance measures are derived in the form of a continuous organizational development process. Quality management and organizational development are seen as a single unit that is closely interlinked with personnel development.

    Areas of responsibility and services

    • Advising university management, Departments, Institutes and Departments in all matters of organizational development
    • Supporting university management in the development of mission statements and strategies as well as the formulation of university development planning
    • Maintenance of organizational plans, the organizational chart and the business distribution plan
    • Coordination of the quality circle
    • Coordination of digitalization with Formcycle
    • Organization of employee surveys
    • Collaboration in the evaluation of the improvement and complaints system
