Would you like to stand out from the competition on the job market? You can make sure of this during your studies with the additional qualification "Training of Trainers". The online-only course "Training of Trainers" starts on March 18, 2024 and isa cooperation between the HWG Ludwigshafen, the IHK Pfalz and the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar.
Jessica Sidyk decided to do this alongside her Bachelor's degree in International Human Resources Management and Organization. Why?

The online course focuses on preparing you for your role as a trainer. You will learn the necessary vocational and occupational pedagogical knowledge to successfully plan, implement and monitor vocational training in the company. The lecturer is Prof. Dr. Peter Mudra, Professor of Business Administration and Human Resources Management at HWG Ludwigshafen and former President of the university.
