Course description:

The processing and analysis of large amounts of data are relatively easy to use for data analysis and data visualization with the help of common libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib.

In this Python course for advanced students, sample data sets from practice are used to demonstrate what is possible with the Python libraries. Large amounts of data (unstructured and unorganized) are cleaned and transformed with the aim of deriving important information from the data.

Contents:

  1. Data import and export
  2. Data cleansing and transformation
  3. Data manipulation and aggregation
  4. Data visualization

The four-part course offers exercises to consolidate what has been learned using data sets.

Prerequisite for participation:
Basics of Python programming
