In a ceremony attended by sponsors, family and friends, 35 students from the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society received the coveted Deutschlandstipendium scholarship in recognition of their outstanding academic and voluntary achievements. This means that the scholarship holders can look forward to a monthly grant of 300 euros for a period of one year.
This year, 145 students applied for the Deutschlandstipendium. The 35 selected scholarship holders received their certificates from their sponsors in a dignified setting on Wednesday, 16.10.2024.
This year, the ceremonial presentation of the certificates took place in BASF's Gesellschaftshaus. A big compliment at this point to Ms. Julia Neuer and her team! With a beautifully designed ambience, very good food and perfect service, they made a significant contribution to ensuring that the event will remain a positive memory for all those present.
A special highlight of the evening was the performance by the university choir. The singers managed to inspire the guests in a very professional manner with appropriate instrumental accompaniment. Thanks also go to Ms. Lara Fiedler, who directs the choir and contributed significantly to this great experience.
