Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society start-up office launches "Internet show against the crisis"
Under the title "Reboot - Rethinking the Future", the start-up office of the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society (HWG LU) is currently producing an "Internet show against the crisis". The first episode has been online on YouTube at https://youtu.be/HSkW-GBgThA since March 30, 2020. The creative mind behind the show is Dr. Marc Reisner, head of the start-up office and at the same time director, video artist, chairman of the Designzentrum Rhein-Neckar and self-confessed networker in the metropolitan area Rhine-Neckar.
The thirty-minute show combines "information, new business ideas and all kinds of bizarre stuff" and aims to show that there is also an opportunity in the crisis: "A month ago, we were all living completely different lives. Nevertheless, it was clear that work and society would fundamentally change in the course of digitalization. Nobody could have predicted that a virus of all things would accelerate this change. But one thing is certain: all the things that have been newly developed and proven themselves as a result of the crisis will remain with us in the future," says Reisner. His conclusion: "Now is the time for founders and lateral thinkers, for creative and socially acceptable solutions! Because even if we are currently in isolation or quarantine, we are not alone!"
