The Rhineland-Palatinate Minister of Science, Prof. Dr. Konrad Wolf (right), and the President of the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, Prof. Dr. Peter Mudra, signed the target agreement for the "Zukunftsvertrag Studium und Lehre stärken" (Future Contract to Strengthen Studies and Education) in Worms on 28 September 2020.
As a federal-state agreement, the Future Contract replaces the Higher Education Pact that has been in force since 2007. In Rhineland-Palatinate, the agreement is called the "Higher Education Initiative for Good Studies and Good Education" and applies from 2021 to 2026.
