The Children's Future Diploma kicked off on May 22, 2019 with Children's University lectures"Silent Play - What Looks Can Tell" with Kitz Theaterkumpanei at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
You don't always need words to tell a story. That's what Peer Damminger and Bärbel Maier's lectures were all about.
Through various games, our young students learned to communicate without verbal communication and only with sign language and body postures.
At the beginning, they were tested in a chair circle on their physical communication abilities as well as their motor skills and were able to round off the game with movement by changing places.
This was followed by a game in which the focus was on communicating without words and only with eye contact.
In all these activities, our young students kept moving constantly, which made for a lot of fun and enthusiasm.
The last game dealt with the question of how we can use body, looks and movement to express a certain emotional state.
One person was allowed to present an emotional state, while the group had to guess what was being presented. Exciting and not so easy.
We wish our cooperation partner ILA much success for the following activities and look forward to further exciting projects.
