During lockdown, many people shop online and send their Christmas presents via various shipping services. This results in a large volume of parcels. The SWR program "Marktcheck" tests how secure shipping with the providers DHL, Hermes and DPD is. 15 parcels with fragile contents were equipped with so-called data loggers from DB Schenker and sent across the southwest. Prof. Dr. Stefan Iskan, Professor of Logistics and Business Informatics, in particular Automotive Supply Chain Management and Digitalization, at the HWG LU's Department of Services and Consulting, is on the show as an expert.
