After the admission procedure has been completed, any remaining places will be drawn by lot.

When can I apply for the lottery procedure?
If a lottery procedure takes place for the summer semester 2025, the relevant information will be published here.
Who can participate in the lottery?
Anyone who has not yet been enrolled in a degree program at the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen or who has applied for enrollment can apply.
Furthermore, participation is not possible if you have been/will be placed in a higher semester due to recognition of achievements from a previous study program.
How can I participate in the lottery?
Step 1: Registration in the application portal of the LudwigshafenUniversity of Business and Society
Registration via the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society portal is required for a valid application.
NOTE: If you have already registered in the application portal for the winter semester, you can simply log in to the portal with the data you already know. No new registration is necessary.
Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail for verification and your access data.
IMPORTANT: Make a note of your access data. You will always need them to track the status of your application. This data is also important for enrollment in the event of admission.
Step 2: Application including uploading your documents in the application portal
After logging in, you can "start your application" via the start page. You will now be guided step by step through the application process. Please make sure that you select "Bachelor (lottery procedure)" / degree program "Business Administration (lottery procedure)". In the further course of your online application, you can then select your field of study (see above).
You can upload the relevant documents using the individual upload buttons. An explanation of which documents must be uploaded in which area is provided under the buttons.
Note: Information on which documents you generally have to upload in the application portal can be found under "Documents to be submitted" in the last column on the page Overview of study programs.
Onceyou have submitted the application by clicking on "Submit application", no further changes are possible. Submitted applications initially receive the status "received". You will be informed of any changes to the status of your application by email.
Note: The lottery procedure is purely digital, uploading the documents etc. is sufficient. Sending them by post is not necessary!
