The Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society was successful in the application process for the Women Professors Program III funds. We are currently able to make the following offers with the funds:

• Bridging scholarships for female academic staff
• Scholarships for female Master's students or research assistants in the Departments to work on a research project
• Semi-annual workshops on scientific methods for research assistants and professors

Gender toolbox
The development and implementation of a gender toolbox as a "toolbox" for education is planned in order to create awareness of gender mainstreaming in university didactics. The toolbox is intended to provide practical work aids, suggestions, assistance and solutions for designing gender-sensitive education and how the topic of gender and gender mainstreaming can be integrated into education.
