Teaching formats, methods & Exams

These analyses reflect the different course formats, methods and forms of examination that are frequently used in education. They have two objectives:

  1. To present the formats, methods and examinations in such a way that you as a lecturer get an overview of the procedure, group sizes and effort involved,
  2. To reflect on which aspects of learning-relevant diversity the formats, methods and examinations promote or hinder.

The analyses are based on the group sizes and teaching culture of the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society. For educators at other universities - especially universities - some descriptions may therefore seem inappropriate (e.g. large group sizes of 50 people or more).

Have fun browsing and trying things out!
