Democracy also means participation and therefore requires the promotion of diversity, e.g. in the realization of educational equality and equal opportunities. It is therefore important to the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society to make a statement as part of its diversity strategy and has joined the Democracy Wins alliance. By joining, the university wants to take a clear stance and work to strengthen democracy. The HWG LU would like to network with other organizations and stakeholders and initiate publicly effective projects on the topics of "The role of democracy in the university" and the "Tasks and functions of a university in a democracy".
