How nice that the alumni network meetings can take place in presence again! And yet the most recent meeting was a special highlight, because almost 30 friends, students and alumni of the university met this week on the Parkinsel in Ludwigshafen, where the Festival of German Film is currently taking place and is famous for its direct view of the Rhine and a wonderful atmosphere. The sponsoring association of the university had invited to the festival lounge for networking, champagne and appetizers. After dark, the guests went to the open-air cinema, where they watched the new Doris Dörrie comedy "Freibad" together. Tatjana Kamrad, chairwoman of the association, summed up the feedback from the guests as a "thoroughly successful evening".
