Still connected: Graduating class of 1972 celebrates 50th anniversary

50 years after their successful studies in Ludwigshafen, the graduating class of 1972 got together for their own anniversary. Organizers Georg Konradi and Renate Bernhardt gathered 18 of the original 28 former fellow students in Deidesheim in the early summer of this year and spent two wonderful days together in the Palatinate.

Looking back to the exams in the summer of 1972, we have met again and again at longer intervals. The large number of participants shows how fondly our community remembers and, above all, how important mutual support was - and still is. After graduating with a degree in business administration, it is interesting to see how diverse the professional development was. Almost all the functions of an industrial company were put into practice, but the talent to seize the opportunities of self-employment as an entrepreneur was also seized very successfully. And there were also some who specialized in consulting with financial services or tax advice. Last but not least, the path of education in the commercial sector, right up to school management, was also taken. - Studying opens the door to ideally combining one's own talents and practical experience with theoretical knowledge and skills for a successful career.

The exchange through these meetings also strengthens a positive view of the present and future, even if employment is now, deservedly, focused on family and leisure time.
