Prof. Dr. Peter Mudra, HR expert and former president of HWG LU, is the new lecturer for the online trainer course, which HWG LU, IHK and GSRN are launching jointly
Anyone who wants to supervise the training of apprentices in an organization needs a so-called trainer certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). On March 20, 2023, the online course "Training of Trainers" (AdA) will be launched by the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society (HWG LU) in cooperation with the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar (GSRN). Peter Mudra, former President of the university and Professor of Human Resources Management and Business Administration, has taken over the entire course as lecturer and examiner. Personnel development and both in-company and academic training and further education are very close to his heart. Even before his time at university, he worked as a trainer and was involved in the vocational training committee at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He knows the practice.
AdA certificate testifies to special skills
As a personnel manager, he also knows how much you can stand out on the job market with an additional qualification such as the training certificate. That's why he is fully behind the project: "The training certificate shows that the person wants to take on responsible tasks in their job, is happy to help other people and is willing to make an additional commitment," he says, summarizing the benefits of the certificate.
Additional qualification for career entry and advancement
The course enables students to combine the theory from their studies with practical training. Participants thus increase their value to a company, as they can train the young talent that is so essential today.
As the course takes place purely online, working people can also complete it in ten online sessions after their working hours. The additional qualification confirms their sense of duty and responsibility in their portfolio and shows that they are capable of leading and promoting other people in the interests of the company.
HWG LU has been offering the AdA course for many years. With the GSRN, the 2022 course was reorganized in a compact online format with ten dates. Participants receive the preparation course and the exam from a single source. "A well-rounded solution!" says Prof. Dr. Mudra, who is looking forward to the new challenge.
