Data protection information on the survey about the current work situation COVID-19
Responsible for the processing of your data is the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, Ernst-Boehe-Straße 4, 67059 Ludwigshafen, represented by the President Prof. Dr. Peter Mudra.
If you have any questions regarding data protection, please contact the University's data protection officer (datenschutz@hwg-lu.de, tel. -175). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the law. The competent supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, P.O. Box 30 40, 55020 Mainz, phone: +49 (0) 6131 208-2449.
Personal data
Personal data is collected in the "Survey of employees on the current work situation COVID 19" for the purpose of evaluating the results according to different groups of persons. Personal data include: Work area, management responsibility, gender, age, risk group, care of children or dependents.
What happens to the results of the survey?
After the Degree survey phase, the survey data is statistically analyzed. The frequency distributions of all questions are published in an internal university report on the intranet. All evaluations are only carried out on a group basis and not individually (e.g. current state of health according to supervision activities). Open response formats are summarized, categorized and anonymized for this report.
How can I have my data checked or deleted?
If you need information about your stored data, you can contact the university's evaluation officer in writing or by e-mail (evaluationsbeauftragter@hwg-lu.de). The same applies when it comes to the correction, deletion or transfer of your data.
You can revoke your consent to the data processing of your personal data at any time, whereby the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation is not affected. You can declare a revocation in writing or by e-mail. If you have already sent the survey responses, the survey responses can no longer be deleted or changed, as it is not possible to determine which person is behind which data record. If you do not wish to provide any personal information, you have the option of selecting "Do not wish to provide any information on this" in the respective question.
The data will be stored for 10 years. After this period has expired, the data will be deleted by the respective evaluation officer(s) in accordance with data protection regulations. Details on our internal data protection regulations for evaluations can be found in §3 of the Evaluation Regulations. https://www.hwg-lu.de/fileadmin/user_upload/service/studium-und-lehre/qualitaetsmanagement/Evaluationsordnung_2016.pdf
