The re-registration phase for the summer semester 2025 is closed at the end of the grace period on 25.12.2024.
Please note: The assignment of semester fees and fees is NOT an automated process, but is carried out by the responsible person in the SSC. Due to the Christmas break (24.12.2024 to 01.01.2025), the processing of fees will not take place again until 02.01.2025. If you have missed the re-registration deadline, you can still transfer the semester fee (and any fees) including the late fee until 31.12.2024.

*(Administrative regulation on the levying of fees at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society dated 14.04.2022)
Barriers to re-registration and notice of de-registration
If there are obstacles to re-registration after the grace period for re-registration has expired, a notice of de-registration will be sent informing you that you will be ex officio de-registered at the end of the current semester.
If you receive a de-registration notice and would like to continue studying in your degree programs, you must submit a written objection - preferably by email - within the deadline stated therein. The obligations imposed in the notification must be fulfilled by the deadline!
Here are some reasons for an obstacle to re-registration:
- Semester fee has not been received or has not been received in full*
- Tuition fee has not been received or has not been received in full
- Re-registration block due to a notification M12 (late payment) from the health insurance company,
- Re-registration block due to missing residence permit
- Last course is/was completed in the current semester
- Loss of examination entitlement
*Procedure using the example of re-registration obstacle "Semester fee not received or incompletely received": If the reason for the de-registration notice is the missing/incomplete fee, then transfer the fee and send a written objection with proof of the transfer to your SSC Student Administration Office.
Semester contribution / tuition fee and semester off
The semester fee must also be transferred if a semester semester of leave is taken.
However, the tuition fee does not have to be paid during the semester of leave.
*Composition of the semester fee
The semester fee is a statutory contribution that finances the needs of the student body, such as the canteen, dormitories or childcare services. The Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society accepts the semester fee and passes it on to the recipients (student body and Studierendenwerk Vorderpfalz).
125,00 € | Social contribution to the Studierendenwerk Vorderpfalz |
14,00 € | Contribution for statutory tasks of the constituted student body |
6,70 € | Regulation fee student ID card |
Please note that the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society cannot issue a receipt for the tax authorities for the transferred contributions.
