Equality Policy
The current equal opportunities policy of the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences covers the following fields of activity:
Personnel policy: Equality participates in all social, personnel and organizational measures by which female employees are affected and participates in hiring and promotion procedures.
Counseling: Female employees in conflict situations and single-parent students in difficult financial or social situations can seek counseling at the Equal Opportunity Office.
Advancement of women: The Equal Opportunity Office plans, organizes and implements measures to promote women.
Inter-university activities: Cooperation in the state conference or federal conference of university women, maintenance of networks and participation in networks are also part of the field of activity.
