Anyone who wants to take on responsible tasks in the profession can position themselves with additional qualifications
such as the "Training of Trainers" - AdA certificate for short. Trainers prepare trainees
professionally for the demands of today's working life. The "Training
of Trainers" course in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance has been offered to HWG LU students for
over 25 years. What is new is that the course, as well as the examination, is being conducted by HWG LU in cooperation
with the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar (GSRN) in an online format. This means that
students from all Departments can now take part.
