International and Intercultural Human Resources Management:

Strategic Human Resources Management & Organization:
Analysis of strategic HRM frameworks and organizational structures.
International Labor Law:
Understanding of labor laws and their application in different international contexts.
Strategic and integrated management:
This subject area deals with the long-term orientation and objectives of companies in order to be successful in a competitive environment.
The focus here is on both financial and non-financial aspects, such as human capital and intellectual capital.
Digital HR management:
Integration of digital tools and technologies in HR practices.
Research methods:
Quantitative methods: training in empirical social research techniques.
Qualitative methods: development of skills in qualitative data analysis.
International experience
Semester abroad:
- Opportunity to study at a partner university or complete an internship abroad.

International HR in Theory and Practice includes an academic focus topic in international HR management as well as a presentation week in which students present and discuss their experiences abroad. Compulsory attendance ensures intensive exchange and the development of skills.
Master's thesis:
Final research project that synthesizes the program content and applies it to a specific HRM topic.

Benefit from our flexible study model and start your studies in IHRM either in the winter or summer semester.
Modules completed in semesters allow for a flexible course of study. Students who apply for the summer semester start in the 2nd semester of the degree programs.
Admission requirements
First, qualified university degree, e.g. a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50% business studies and an average grade of 2.7 or better.
Proof of English B2 level: Proof of Englishlanguage skills at B2 level (according to CEFR) is required for the application. This can be provided by the following documents:
- Language certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
- Certificate from the university confirming successful completion of English-language modules
- Grade transcript with detailed module description
- Abitur certificate Please note that the certificate must not be older than 3 years.
