KNOWLEDGE

The prerequisite is a first degree, usually a Bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS and at least 50% business studies. Bachelor's degrees with a higher proportion of ECTS credits cannot be credited to the Master's degree program.

An application is possible even if the Bachelor's degree program has not yet been completed.

In this case, an overview of the credits already completed and those still outstanding must be enclosed with the application. No more than 30 credit points may be missing and the final thesis in the Bachelor's degree program must be registered. The Bachelor's degree program must be completed within one semester of enrollment in the Master's degree program and proof of completion must be provided.

A first university degree is required for the consecutive Master's in Human Resource Management.
However, those without a first university degree but with relevant professional experience can find out more about our numerous part-time, continuing education Master's programs and distance learning courses , in particular the MBA Human Resource Management. Here, relevant professional training with work experience can be credited as part of an aptitude assessment procedure:

Courses offered at the Center for Academic Continuing Education

English at B2 level can be proven by the following documents:

  • Certification by the university of the bachelor's degree program,
  • Module description from the module handbook of the bachelor's program showing the English level,
  • English certificates at B2 level , e.g. TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Cambridge Certificate such as First Certificate (FCE) or Business Vantage (BEC). All current certificates are accepted. The submitted English language skills should not be older than 3 years.
