Elections at the HWG LU: Information for students
HWG LU students elect their representatives for the Senate and the faculty councils
It pays to have a say! On this page you will find all information on the 2023 elections of students to the councils
of Departments I, II, III or IV and the Senate.
Period:
The elections will take place from Friday, 08.12.2023, 8.00 a.m. to Friday, 15.12.2023, 5.00 p. m.
Procedure:
The election will be held electronically (internet-based online election) via the POLYAS GmbH election portal with the option of voting by post.
The access link including the access data for the POLYAS ONLINE election system and other election documents will be sent to your university email address (Studmail address) at 8.00 a.m. on Friday, 08.12.2023 at the start of the election - the sender address is voting@ 8< SPAM protection, please remove >8 polyas.com. The use of the election portal, information on the election process and authentication are included in the election notice. All information on postal voting can also be found in the election notice (see below).

Last day to submit the documents: Thursday, 23.11.2023
NOTE: The election proposals and the declaration of consent can also be submitted by e-mail (exclusively from your university e-mail address / student e-mail address).
