Klaus Eisold took over from Petra Höhn on May 1, 2019 and is now the new Managing Director of GSRN
Since May 1, 2019, Klaus Eisold has been the new Managing Director of Graduate School Rhein-Neckar gGbmH, which offers part-time Master's degree programs, certificates, seminars and in-house training courses in close cooperation with the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society and companies in the metropolitan area Rhine-Neckar. Graduate economist Klaus Eisold took over from long-time GSRN Managing Director Petra Höhn, who successfully managed the Graduate School for eight years and is now taking on new responsibilities at her own request. Prof. Dr. Peter Mudra, President of the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, thanked Petra Höhn as a shareholder of the Graduate School for the many years of good cooperation: "Ms Höhn has accompanied the Graduate School since 2007 as Program Manager and Marketing Specialist, then from 2011 as Managing Director almost from the very beginning and has made a decisive contribution to its success. Today, the Graduate School is an established and valued institution for continuing academic education in the metropolitan area Rhine-Neckar." Mudra wished Ms. Höhn all the best and was delighted with the cooperation with the new Managing Director: "Klaus Eisold has extensive experience in both the academic and higher education policy environment and is very well networked at the university in Ludwigshafen and in the metropolitan area Rhine-Neckar. He also has many years of experience in industry. He is therefore ideally equipped for this new role."
Klaus Eisold began his professional career after completing his studies in 1990 in personnel development at Rockwool. From 2000, he held various positions at KIT, including Faculty Managing Director and Head of Human Resources. Eisold has been active at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society since 2010: from 2010 to 2019 as Chancellor of the university, and since March 2019 as Presidential Representative for Educational Cooperation. In his new position, Eisold initially wants to expand GSRN's portfolio and establish new degree programs. Structural changes are also planned: "It is important to me to bundle the university's continuing education activities in the Graduate School and to offer students ideal conditions for their MBA or Master's studies," said Eisold. "I would like to use my experience and my network for this and successfully contribute to the GSRN," continued Eisold.
