How has the pandemic changed topics such as open youth work and counseling? And how might these areas develop in the future?
As part of the seminar "If the Welfare State' could learn - Social Work and Social Innovation" by Prof. Dr. Ellen Bareis, the students embarked on a process of collaborative reflection on current situations. The two focal points of counseling and open youth work and especially their pandemic-related changes quickly emerged. Together and with representatives of various institutions in the region, they tried to formulate concrete proposals and possible solutions for new perspectives.
In the half-hour workshop discussion, Caro Berndt, Mareike Bundschuh and Martina Haustein will provide insights into the project results and invite further thinking.
