Improvement and complaints system
Dear students,
Welcome to the pages of the Improvement and Complaints Department! Everyone knows that not everything always runs smoothly during studies and that there is potential for improvement in a wide variety of areas. Often, however, we as a university do not know the specific stumbling blocks, problems, complaints and their "severity".
It is important to us that you do not carry any problems around with you unheard for a long time. We would therefore like to encourage you to speak up, preferably where the problem arose. In our experience, problems can usually be solved best and most quickly in a direct exchange between those affected and those responsible. If you were unable to resolve your concern through direct contact and would therefore like to follow up again, you can contact us. But even if it is a sensitive issue that you do not want to discuss openly, we offer you space to talk in private.
It goes without saying that we treat all your concerns confidentially. Confidentiality in this context means that we will not forward your data, e.g. your name, in connection with any conversation content, whether exchanged by e-mail, by telephone or in a personal conversation, or discuss it with other persons without your consent.
"We", that is Susanne Frenzel and Peter Weitkamp. You can reach us via the contact form and by phone.
By the way: Your suggestions for improvements are also important to us. We look forward to your ideas.
