Procedure and responsibilities
We would like to encourage you to contact the person with whom there is a problem or misunderstanding in the event of a complaint. Experience has shown that this is the quickest and easiest way to find solutions. Even if you have ideas for improvements, it is best to talk to the person you think is responsible. We are sure that all contact persons will listen to your concerns.
Of course, we know that there may be cases in which a contact person cannot be found at first or cases in which you do not dare to approach the person actually responsible. In addition, it may turn out that a problem cannot be solved in a two-way conversation after all. Perhaps you would simply like to hear a neutral opinion.
