Dear prospective students,

Thank you for your interest in our MBA Human Resources Management degree programs in Faculty II at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.

Successful companies need highly qualified, committed and responsible HR managers. People who prepare, support and breathe life into corporate strategies both within and outside their HR department.

Admission to the MBA program is based on the following criteria:

  • Completed studies at a university/university of applied sciences or equivalent

The Rhineland-Palatinate Higher Education Act has made it possible for suitable applicants - even those without a first degree - to enter the Master's program directly.

A qualification for university entrance (e.g. Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or comparable further professional qualification, e.g. HR specialist or a master craftsman's examination) and several years of relevant professional experience count as equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in HR functions

Applicants with a first degree must also have at least one year of relevant professional experience in HR functions or management positions.

Applicants without a first degree must have at least three years of relevant professional experience in HR functions or management positions after qualification for university entrance.

  • Proof of English language skills (Toefl test at least 70% or comparable level. Proof can be submitted later in the 1st semester).
  • Successful participation in a selection interview (and, if applicable, an aptitude assessment procedure).
