What has become of the IHRM Master's alumni? A survey was conducted in spring 2019, which was aimed at all graduates of the consecutive Master's degree course in International Human Resources Management (IHRM) at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences (Alumni IHRM = "AI Study 2019"). Since the start of the consecutive degree program in 2007, around 150 students have graduated with a Master of Arts degree, which will be converted to a Master of Science degree in the coming winter semester.
The study has now been completed to the point where the first selected results can be published on career entry.
