KG, STUDIERENDENWERK HEIDELBERG AöR, Freitag Unternehmensgruppe GmbH & Co. KG, Caritas Betriebsträgergesellschaft mbH Speyer and Mobotix AG.

The project assignments deal with current and exciting topics such as "Preparing the introduction of Working Out Loud", "Employer Branding Concepts", "Concept Development for Mobile Working" and "Management Development: Optimization Measures".

The applied research project headed by LKfbA Dr. iur. Christian Hofmann focuses on "Working world 4.0: can employment law keep pace with digital change?"

Under the project seminar supervision of Prof. Dr. Thomas A. Martin and Regina Hamacher, Scientific Managing Director,  from the Human Resources Management department at Ludwigshafen am Rhein University of Applied Sciences, some of the projects started in February in parallel with the lectures and ended in July with the final presentations to the management in the company, the handover of the consulting and results report and the writing of the scientific project paper.

HR Management is one of the oldest and, with around 320 students, largest university HR study programs in southern Germany. Ludwigshafen has been offering an academic degree course in HR management since 1965 and has built up a reputation in the field.

The Master IHRM was accredited for the first time in 2014 and the first cohort of students started in 2007. Graduates have been successfully working in the professional market since 2009. The HR network of IHRM alumni ("old girls and boys") is now closely knit. The majority of alumni work in southern Germany for global corporations, often in corporate headquarters.

Only around 20 students are admitted each year as part of a staged NC procedure, so that those admitted study together with particularly high-performing fellow students. Men are particularly encouraged to apply in order to promote equal opportunities.

For the academic There are four professorships with HR appointments, three honorary professorships and other HRM-specialized professors/lecturers available for the academic supervision of the next generation of HR managers. The supervision of theses with a focus on personnel economics, employment law and business psychology is guaranteed.
